Creamy Breakfast Smoothie (nondairy)
1 plain nondairy flaxmilk yogurt
2 pitted dates, soaked in warm water for 10
minutes until soft.
1-2 cups soymilk
Blend flaxmilk yogurt and dates. Add soymilk for creaminess. Serve ice cold.
