All you need to know

The main force behind Nutrition Nom Nom is a deep desire to help cancer survivors achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals. Whether you’re seeking to reduce your risk of recurrence and medication side effects, repair gut health, and get rid of fatigue, each client is individually evaluated and provided with a well-researched and comprehensive plan they can follow for the rest of their lives.

If you've been through cancer, you may feel a lack of control and that your body has betrayed you. You deserve to recover strong without extreme diets, cutting out entire food groups, or feeling stressed about your food choices.

Breast cancer is the most globally diagnosed cancer with millions of survivors. I am one of them.

I became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's degree in Nutritional Science and additional professional training for the registered dietitian credential. My private practice provides nutritional solutions and addresses breast and ovarian cancer concerns.

I'm the author of a book about nutrition and cancer. I co-led a clinical study on nutrition for cancer survivors and published in Nutrients.

I offer specialized nutrition, intuitive eating, mindfulness, health goals for every size, and plant foods to reconnect you with your body's strengths.

As a qualified nutritionist and educator, I translate the often confusing science of nutrition into practical solutions relevant to you:

  • Adjunct professor at Touro University, where I designed a curriculum for allied health undergraduates in nutritional science, eating disorders, and intuitive eating.

  • Active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and their Dietetic Practice Groups Oncology Nutrition, Vegetarian Nutrition and Nutrition Entrepreneurs.

  • Certificate of Training in Vegetarian Nutrition to help you transition to a more plant-based lifestyle.

  • Ambassador for the Los Angeles chapter of Sharsheret, cancer support for every stage.

  • Studied Intuitive Eating with the co-founders.

  • Former campus dietitian for California State University, Los Angeles; and worked in long-term care, helping patients heal from surgeries and chronic diseases.

If you're seeking relief, and need science-based nutritional solutions to recover, call for a free consultation.
