Tahini+Jam Dip


For a salty-sweet dressing, combine equal amounts of tahini, a raw toasted sesame paste, with an exotic jam, such as blueberry or fig.

Try it on a crisp high fiber cracker. On challah. Dip raw broccoli in it. Or whirl in a smoothie.

Take a break from hummus and try raw tahini on its own, an iron powerhouse and a Mediterranean punch of flavor.
