Creamy Breakfast Smoothie

Here’s a creamy breakfast smoothie so filling you won't miss your morning cereal. Vegans and vegetarians will benefit from the added B12 and omega-3’s in nondairy, kosher flaxmilk yogurt. 

Creamy Breakfast Smoothie (nondairy)


1 plain nondairy flaxmilk yogurt

2 pitted dates, soaked in warm water for 10

minutes until soft. 

1-2 cups soymilk


Blend flaxmilk yogurt and dates. Add soymilk for creaminess. Serve ice cold.
